Animal Nutritionist

**Formulation**
- Formulate least-cost solutions for cattle and poultry feed as needed.
- Develop new cattle and poultry products.
- Conduct cost evaluations for all cattle feed (CF) and poultry feed (PF) products every 10 days.

**Research & Development**
- Study of competitor products in market & comparison with our existing products.
- Upgradation of existing products.
- Conducting trials of new product at field & maintain the record of the same.
- Substitution of Raw Material/additives by inclusion of New Raw material/Additives.
- R & D to improve quality of final products ( Milk & Meat quality)

**Feed Manufacturing**
- Set QA parameters for RM, premixes for purchase.
- Set QA parameters for Finished Goods.
- Calculate Raw Material & feed supplements requirement for Cattle Feed & Poultry Feed production of all plant.
- Coordination of purchase, QC & production department.
- Visit to all plant as per defined schedule
- Update the nutritive value of Raw material in Brill in coordination with QC Dept.
- Monitoring production process & Lab activity for proximate analysis of raw material.
- Monitoring of Non Moving & Slow-moving raw material, premix & FP at Feed Mill & plan for reprocess before expiry.
- Monitoring & Recording of Raw material quality stored at Outside go down at regular period to ensure nutritive value of Raw Material

**Reporting and MIS**
- Comparative analysis of Competitor feed
- R & D trial outcome & results.
- Presentation of factual data which shows inefficiency in purchase planning & execution

new methods, new raw materials, new technology in poultry as well as cattle feed

**Administrative Accountabilities**
- Premix/Feed Manufacturing & Quality.
- Coordination of purchase, QC & production department.
- R & D Trials for Product Upgradation & New product development.
- Handling of cattle feed & poultry feed customer complaints, traceability & action plan to avoid the same in future

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
