2. Promoting and assisting passenger on booking traveling tickets for individuals or businesses.

- Receive the inbound calls, Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes, suggest suitable Airline and assist the passenger to book the Air ticket.
- Organize travels from beginning to end, through helping booking tickets.
- Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel tips
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to itinerary.
- Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends
- Create and update electronic records of clients
- Maintain relationships with key persons
- Reach the revenue and profit targets

- **Fluency in ENGLISH**_
- Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
- Demonstrable ability to handle crises
