**Job Summary**:
The Jewelry Sales Executive plays a key role in generating sales and ensuring customer satisfaction within the jewelry store. This role involves providing detailed product knowledge, offering personalized service, and closing sales effectively. The Sales Executive is also responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, contributing to the store’s financial success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Customer Service**:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice on jewelry pieces, gemstones, and metals.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store revenue.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, from initial consultation to final transaction.
- Provide personalized recommendations and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Assist customers with special orders, customizations, and other unique requests.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the store’s product offerings, including the latest trends in jewelry design and gemstone properties.
- Educate customers on the value, quality, and care of various jewelry pieces.
- Stay informed about new product arrivals and upcoming collections to proactively introduce them to clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, offering a high level of personalized service.
- Maintain a client database, ensuring accurate records of customer preferences, purchase history, and special dates (e.g., anniversaries, birthdays).
- Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up on potential sales leads.
- **Visual Merchandising & Inventory**:
- Assist in the display and presentation of jewelry items to ensure they are visually appealing and attract customer interest.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the management team.
- Ensure that all jewelry items on display are clean, polished, and in excellent condition.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Accurately process sales transactions using the store’s POS system.
- Prepare daily sales reports and assist in analyzing sales performance.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and sales trends.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other sales associates and management to ensure a cohesive and positive sales environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Assist in training new sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in gemology or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- 2-4 years of experience in retail sales, with a strong preference for experience in the jewelry industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Sales-driven with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and CRM software.
