**Job Description**:
Oracle DBA

Experience : 9+ years

Location
- Bangalore

Np-15days to Immediate

Oracle Database DBA on Linux / Unix & Windows flavors.

The job includes working with the various technology teams, vendors, and management of new hardware and operating systems infrastructure.

The Engineer will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and implementation of database.
- Specific responsibilities include:

- Implement of RAC and DR configurations with industry best practice.
- Achieve high level of Customer Satisfaction on all consulting engagements.
- Support 24x7 operations

**Job Description**:

- Substantive 4+ experience providing database administration services in the following environments - Oracle 19c/18c/12c/11g/10g Databases on HA configuration using 10g/11g/12c/19c RAC on various hardware:

- Expert knowledge in Oracle RDBMS system and strong troubleshooting skills and Problem Resolution.
- Implementing Backup Solutions
- Knowledge on HA environment - RAC, DR
- Knowledge of virtualization and Cloud computing.
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, NFS, TCP/IP and networking services.
- Good knowledge of Database security issues and ability to design and implement security measures.
- Experience in disaster recovery solutions and testing.
- Knowledge on Performance tuning and capacity planning.
- Extensive Knowledge of UNIX, shell/Perl Scripting and kernel Parameters.
- Experience in Oracle Enterprise manager 12c,13c
- Experience in patching activity
- Required ITIL process for Incident and Change management.

Qualification:

- Work Experience: 4Yrs ? 6 Yrs
- Oracle 10g/11g/12c/19c RDBMS Database Administration
- Knowledge Oracle RAC, Active DR, Performance Tuning, RMAN
- Good have Golden Gate experience
- ITIL and Oracle Certification is preferable
- Knowledge on other RDMS technologies desired.
- Knowledge on Multiple vendor Cloud technologies - OCI / AZURE / AWS / GCP.
