Job Title - **Editor**

Location - **Noida sector 67**

Work timings - **9:00 am to 6:00 pm ( 6 Days working )**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, English, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an editor or writer for children's publications is preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail are essential.
- Creativity and a passion for creating engaging content for children.
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate content is preferred.
- Familiarity with children's literature, media, and entertainment is preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- _Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop stories, activities, and content ideas according to the magazine style and editorial policy.
- Should be able to conduct research on topics of interest to children and stay up-to-date on trends and developments in children's literature, education, and entertainment.
- Should be able to generate activities based on the given concept.
- Should be able to coordinate with graphic designers and illustrators to get the content designed.
- Should have good creativity and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Should be able to verify facts cited in material for publication.
- Rewrite the text to make it easier for readers to understand.
- Should have good visual intelligence.
- Should have high attention to detail and be able to prioritise and multitask.
