Rackspace Technology is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our APJ Talent Acquisition team, this role will be based in India, recruiting for roles across APJ region.

We are looking for:

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, within IT industry, ideally with cloud talent
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
- Experience recruiting technical and sales roles
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles & prioritise high volumes of recruitment
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills in order fill roles in a timely, efficient manner
- Confidence & capability to partner effectively with and manage stakeholders at various levels of seniority
- Ideally hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (we use Lever)

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for full life cycle recruitment across all departments (Technical Support, Service Delivery, Professional Services, Sales & Marketing and other teams as needed) from sourcing, screening and selection, coordinating interviews, to negotiation, offer and close
- Develops and maintains working relationships with stakeholders, vendors and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility
- Manages the engagement and relationship with recruitment agency partners as required

- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive
- Effectively encourage and monitor all referrals from Rackers to maximize this source
- All time to offer guidelines, job descriptions, person specifications and interview processes are agreed prior to the commencement of the recruitment process to ensure an effective and efficient process
- Cost effective recruitment is achieved and maintained
- Applicant quality, time to fill and quality of hire

**Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of professional Human Resources experience
- A minimum of 4 years of experience focused only on recruiting and talent acquisition
- Experience managing full lifecycle recruiting gained ideally within the IT industry across all Departments using direct sourcing methods (Networking, LinkedIn, Job-Boards, Internal Talent Pools) and the ability to identify the best talent
- Must be able to quickly assimilate technical information and build recruiting solutions to the optimal balance of meeting business needs, remaining competitive in talent market, and operating within financial resource constraints
- Basic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments across a broad technical skill set
- Effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed and appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with Hiring Managers and Leaders with the ability to influence key stakeholders with the courage to challenge and set expectations
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Solution orientated, able to solve complex recruitment problems and challenges
- A drive for results, able to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed
- Strong use of initiative, thinks ahead and can think and act independently
- Demonstrated ability to consistently provide FANATICAL support and put the customer first
- Process and data orientated, understands the importance of data within a talent acquisition function
