1. Education & Certifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.

2. Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in electrical inspection, quality control, or testing.
- Experience in industries such as power plants, construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or industrial projects is preferred.

3. Technical Skills
- Knowledge of QA/QC standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, NFPA, ISO 9001)
- Proficiency in electrical diagrams, wiring layouts, and technical specifications
- Experience with inspection and testing instruments (e.g., multimeters, megohmmeters, thermal imaging cameras)
- Understanding of grounding, lightning protection, and power distribution systems
- Familiarity with electrical commissioning, NDT, and safety compliance testing

4. Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
