Ford is undergoing a SAP Treasury business and digital Transformation adopting best in class treasury processes and tools to reduce complexity and accelerate sustained Fitness for Ford We are seeking an anchor who will Manage project/product/program goals and implementation roadmap, forecasts, and works with multiple stakeholders to ensure that the product is aligned to business and customer expectations with the previous domain knowledge in treasury space

Brief description: Ford’s objective is to transform legacy operations and systems to modernize and improve operations, reduce risk and cost, as well as provide a better visibility to global business for improved strategic decisions.

10+ years overall IT experience including
- 8+ years experience working in cross-functional and global teams; Integration Management
- Strong domain knowledge/experience in Treasury.
- Very strong hands on in advanced Cash modules, MBC,IHC
- Experience in Bank Activity and balances monitoring, Cash Monitor Config and usage, Bank Statements Reconciliation Rules and automation, Statutory and Regulatory Reports.
- Demonstrate Quick thinking, positive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in demanding environment. Embrace the changes and deliver MVP.
- Experience in root cause analysis.
- Managing PDO team and progressing them to sustainability
- Able to design and test reports
- Lead the team through the end-to-end implementation, including requirement gathering sessions, FIT GAP analysis, testing, and end-user training
- Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders
- Work with system integrators to design, document, and deliver all configurations and customizations, including enhancements, interfaces, reports, data conversions, and workflows
- Collaborate with software engineers to identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of committed work
- Maintain RALLY and create use cases, user stories, and other requirements/specification artifacts to effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders
- Conduct and support testing on SAP platform, including functional, security, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Support release management activities, including cut over, data profiling, extraction, cleansing activities, and launch, and promptly escalate and resolve any issues
- Simplify complex ideas and convey them clearly in both oral and written communication
- Lead the investigation, review, and recommendation of the adoption of new features, utilities, and integration of new releases consistent with Enterprise IT direction
- Provide leadership and guidance to functionals and team members at all levels, champion governance activities, and guide teams in best practices in testing and development
