**Job Description: Marketing / Sales Intern - Babble Tree Kids Wear (Garment Industry)**

**About Babble Tree**:
Babble Tree is a dynamic and trendy Kids Wear garment brand, focusing on high-quality, stylish apparel. We are looking for a **Marketing / Sales Intern** who is passionate about fashion, branding, and customer engagement. This role provides hands-on experience in brand promotion, sales strategy, and digital marketing within the garment industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **developing and executing marketing campaigns** to promote Babble Tree.
- Support **social media management**, content creation, and influencer collaborations.
- Conduct **market research** to identify fashion trends and customer preferences.
- Help in **B2B and B2C sales**, reaching out to retailers, distributors, and customers.
- Engage with customers through **online and offline marketing channels**.
- Assist in organizing **pop-ups, exhibitions, and promotional events**.
- Monitor competitor activity and suggest innovative **sales & marketing strategies**.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- Passion for **fashion, branding, and consumer behaviour**.
- Strong communication and **sales skills**.
- Knowledge of **social media marketing** (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.).
- Basic understanding of **SEO, Google Ads, and e-commerce platforms** is a plus.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a go-getter attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in **retail, fashion sales, or digital marketing**.
- Familiarity with **graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)**.
- Understanding of **e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)**.
