An MRO will play a key role in optimizing Mechanic network to boost sales and create better customer experience. MRO will work closely with the sales teams to develop strategies that align with company objectives and customer preferences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute visits to listed and non-listed mechanics
- Ensure PJP adherence to assess mechanics mindshare for EM and resolve any issue pertaining to UNNATI program
- Monitor incentive earning of mechanics visited and push for better numbers
- Provide insights and feedbacks to sales teams on competition in managing mechanics

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10th Pass
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have bike and valid driving license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
