**Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities**
- VMWare management;
- Users support via Service Desk solution;
- PFsense (FreeBSD, Linux) management;
- Microsoft AD user, DNS, DHCP and permissions management;
- L2\3 internal network infrastructure management;
- Understanding of Endpoint Security;
- Keeping instructions and policies up to date;
- Keeping assets management DB up to date;
- CCTV Management
- Good user support and communication skills;
- Contractors and service agreements management;
**Skills/Experience**:

- Graduate in Computer Science or Relevant Experience.
- 2+ years of system administration experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to restrain problem area and eliminate it ASAP.
- Sufficient work experience at Service Desk, help users to solve specific work-related tasks.
- Understanding of Windows Server, AD and GPO.
- Deep knowledge of server’s hardware, data storage and fiber channel networks principals.
- Good knowledge of networking, including OSI level 2\3 switching, routing, sub-netting and VPN
