
Telecaller/tele Executive(Only Female)

As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will also be responsible for promoting our services and products to potential customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads through cold calling.
- Ability to follow the tele-calling script and provide them with relevant information.
- Accurately record details of interaction with the prospective customers in the format specified.
- Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understand customer needs and promote our services and products.
- Achieve daily assigned leads.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
**Requirements**:
- Fresher or experienced as a Tele Marketing Executive.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the technology industry is a plus.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Education Diploma holder or Any Graduate in English medium
- Required Language proficiency is a must as per the region and not education.
- UG: Any Graduate
- PG:Any Postgraduate
**Salary**:
- Above INRs.7k/month + 2.5% incentive on finalized project.
**Salary**: From ₹6,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
