- **Data Management** - Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM or Excel.
- **Achieving Targets** - Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly call and conversion targets.
- **Product Knowledge** - Gaining and using in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings to explain and promote them clearly.
- **Polite Communication** - Using clear, polite, and professional language during calls.
- **Handling Objections** - Addressing customer concerns or doubts effectively.
- **Feedback Collection** - Gathering customer feedback and passing it to the appropriate department for improvement.
