**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cover various aspects of coding, programming languages, and robotics, tailored to students' age, experience, and learning objectives.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources, including coding platforms, robotics kits, simulations, and project-based learning activities, to engage students in hands-on exploration and experimentation.
- Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and computational thinking skills through coding challenges, debugging exercises, and robotics projects that encourage students to analyze problems, design solutions, and test their hypotheses.
- Create a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment where students feel empowered to take risks, collaborate with their peers, and showcase their creativity and innovation in coding and robotics projects.
- Provide guidance and support to students as they work on coding and robotics projects, offering personalized feedback, troubleshooting assistance, and opportunities for reflection and iteration.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administrators, providing regular updates on curriculum, student progress, and classroom activities, and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the school administration to support the overall mission and objectives of the school.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in coding, programming, and robotics, with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or Scratch.
- Experience working with robotics platforms and kits, such as LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, or Raspberry Pi, and familiarity with sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and guide students through the problem-solving process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Creativity and innovation in teaching, with a willingness to explore new instructional strategies, integrate technology, and adapt curriculum to meet the needs of 21st-century learners.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity, equity, and collaboration.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
