Role: City Point of Contact (PoC)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Store Operations:

- Act as the main point of contact for all stores in Hyderabad.
- Ensure daily operational smoothness and compliance with company policies.

2. Coordination:

- Liaise between headquarters and Hyderabad stores.
- Handle store-level issues, vendor coordination, and logistics.

3. Recruitment:

- Assist in hiring for Hyderabad stores.
- Manage onboarding, training, and staff retention.

4. Compliance:

- Oversee adherence to local regulations (e.g., drug licenses, store permits).
- Ensure punching and leave policies are followed.

5. Performance Monitoring:

- Ensure KPIs like sales, inventory, and customer satisfaction are met.
- Prepare regular updates for the management team.

Profile Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business or management).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail or pharmacy operations for the manager role; at least 1 years for the coordinator role.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and local market knowledge.
- Experience in vendor and staff management is a plus.
