We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Interns to join our IT consulting agency. As an intern, you will play a vital role in generating leads and expanding our client base. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Utilize various online and offline channels to identify potential clients and generate leads for the company.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and position our services to address their requirements effectively.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to establish connections and promote our agency.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to convert leads into customers.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation, conversion rates, and overall sales and marketing activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales and marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Knowledge or interest in the IT industry and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with online marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Additionally, in addition to the base compensation, sales and marketing interns will have the opportunity to earn commission on all leads they successfully convert into clients. This commission structure is designed to incentivize interns to actively pursue and nurture leads, further enhancing their earning potential. By effectively leveraging their sales and marketing skills, interns have the ability to significantly impact their overall compensation and gain valuable hands-on experience in a performance-driven environment. We believe in recognizing and rewarding the efforts and contributions of our interns as they play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our IT consulting agency.

This is a paid internship position with a flexible duration of 2 - 6 months. The specific compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
