**Job Title**: Raw Material (RM) Purchase Executive
**Salary Range**: 3-4 LPA
**Experience**: 1-3 years in Cosmetics & Pharma Domain
**Location**: Santej, Ahmedabad

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Management**:

- Identify and evaluate suppliers of raw materials, and chemicals.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers.
- Maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality consistency.
- **Procurement Planning**:

- Develop procurement strategies aligned with production schedules and inventory requirements.
- Forecast demand for raw materials and packaging based on production forecasts and market trends.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with Quality Control/Assurance teams to ensure purchased materials meet regulatory and quality standards (GMP, FDA, etc.).
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality requirements.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Optimize inventory levels to balance cost and ensure uninterrupted production.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
- **Cost Management**:

- Monitor and analyze market trends, raw material prices, and currency fluctuations.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and negotiate favorable terms to achieve cost reductions.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with Production, R&D, Quality Control, and Finance departments to coordinate procurement activities.
- Participate in cross-functional teams for new product launches, sourcing initiatives, and process improvements.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in a similar role within the Cosmetics & Pharma industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of packaging artwork requirements and processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory management software is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,333.00 per month
