**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell business loans.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Generate leads through cold calling, database follow-ups, and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve doubts related to loan processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Education: Graduates preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years in Tele-calling, sales, or loan processing with good communication skills.
- Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English (Knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Skills: Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers.
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Customer Handling: Ability to handle rejections and customer queries professionally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
