**Research and Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends, styles, and innovations in men's fashion.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences.
- Compile trend reports and mood boards to assist in the design process.
- **Design Support**:

- Assist designers in sketching, draping, and creating technical drawings.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop new concepts and collections.
- Source fabrics, trims, and materials for sample development and production.
- **Sample Management**:

- Organize and maintain the sample library, ensuring samples are properly labeled and stored.
- Coordinate fittings and alterations for sample garments.
- Track sample movement between various departments and external partners.
- **Production Coordination**:

- Liaise with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Assist in quality control inspections to maintain product standards.
- Communicate with production teams to address any issues or concerns during the manufacturing process.
- **Styling and Presentation**:

- Assist stylists in pulling and organizing garments for photoshoots, fashion shows, and presentations.
- Participate in photoshoots as needed, helping with outfit changes, steaming, and styling.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall presentation of men's wear collections.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, expenses, and project timelines.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the fashion team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a fashion-related role, preferably in men's wear.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, têxtiles, and production processes.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Weekend availability
