We are looking for a motivated and result-driven **Business Development Executive** to join our growing EdTech team. The role involves engaging with prospective students or institutions, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present and promote EdTech products/services to students, parents, or partners
- Maintain follow-ups and ensure successful lead conversion
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with the academic and support teams for smooth onboarding
- Track sales activity and prepare regular performance reports

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a sales-driven mindset
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
