**Job Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Content Strategy Development**:

- Design and implement a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals.
- Identify target audiences and their content needs, crafting a roadmap for creating high-quality, engaging content.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop unified brand messaging.
- **Content Creation and Curation**:

- Develop editorial guidelines to ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and quality.
- Curate third-party content and identify key industry topics to include in the content calendar.
- **Content Calendar Management**:

- Create and maintain a content calendar, scheduling content across multiple platforms and channels.
- Ensure timely delivery of content by coordinating with internal teams and external contributors, such as freelance writers or influencers.
- **SEO and Performance Optimization**:

- Monitor content performance through analytics tools, tracking metrics such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and ROI.
- **Audience and Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct research to understand the target audience’s preferences, behaviors, and pain points.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities, keeping the content strategy innovative and competitive.
- **Cross-Platform Content Strategy**:

- Adapt content to suit different channels and formats to maximize engagement and impact.
- **Content Performance Analysis and Reporting**:

- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of content initiatives, producing regular reports on content performance and insights.
- Recommend improvements and optimization strategies based on performance data and industry trends.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or related roles.
- Proven track record of managing and executing successful content strategies.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in SEO and content management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, and knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) for effective workflow management.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strategic thinker with strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
