Achieve the production plan (Quality and quantity) in order to meet the internal customer requirements
Resource Planning
- Review of daily model
- wise plans & actual achievements and analyse losses
Monitoring performance
Adherence of process audit plans

Controlling and improving the Cost parameters (Rejection, Consumable, Tool Cost, Tool Breakage) of section to improve profitability
Defining consumption norms & monitoring periodically
Analysis of gaps & preparing / monitoring control plans
daily DWM discussion of Quality parameters and action taken to avoid quality related failures
Product Conversion cost
Ensuring zero Quality Incidents

Create a conducive, harmonious & safe work environment to facilitate smooth operations
Review of Connect Index & ways to improve
Conducting Safety Audits
Resolution of fortnightly and safety audit points
Involving team members in generating new ideas & implementing the same
