Gather pertinent information about the patient's medical and family history
- record information in the form provided.
- Coordinate with the counselors and patients to assist in organizing appointments while closely working with the patient's caregivers and doctor's/hospital's team.
- Assist cancer patients/caregivers with accessing all the available resources for cancer patients that are provided by the doctor/hospital.
- work with the central team to provide counseling support and community program support to patients based on their needs.
- Provide emotional support to the patients as needed.
- Be an advocate for the patient.
- English and Fluent Hindi, is mandatory.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
