Transplant Coordinator

**Donor-related**:

- Identifying potential organ donors and managing the organ donation process from brain death determination to organ retrieval and transportation.
- Counseling and supporting donor families.
- Coordinating with the organ procurement team and transplant teams.
- Ensuring legal and ethical compliance throughout the organ donation process.
- **Recipient-related**:

- Educating patients and their families about the transplant process, including evaluation, surgery, and post-transplant care.
- Coordinating recipient evaluations and transplant surgeries.
- Providing post-transplant follow-up care and support.
- Managing the recipient's medical care and ensuring continuity of care across different settings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
