**Position Type**: Internship with Stipend (6 Months Duration)

**Working Hours**: 4:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST

**Workdays**: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday Fixed Off)

**Location**: Sanjeeva Reddy (SR) Nagar Hyderabad

**Interview Type**: 2 Rounds In-person at Office

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong research skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise written content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
- Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Duties and Tasks**:

- Work under the content/technical writing team and other team members to learn about the industry and organization.
- Learn about communication, documentation, and other technical concepts related to the organization.
- Work co-op with product managers, product designers, and others to learn more about the company’s products, and services.
- Work in the information development cycle to draft, revise, and validate a series of content/documents.
- Assist in writing Content/documentation in different cases, including white papers, web content, user manuals, and more.
- Work with expert writers to learn the technical writing fundamentals of the industry.
- Proofread various new content documents and other deliverables.
- Optimize content using SEO best practices.

**Primary Skills**:

- Willingness to learn and understand IT services-related technical jargon.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience in writing for the web is preferred.
- Some experience in content/technical writing, the industry, or any other form of writing is favored.
- Complete proficiency in the English language is needed, with excellent grammar, sentence structure, and more.
- Some experience with using templates and samples may be required.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are needed.
- Should have a learning nature and have strong attention to detail.
- Excellent proofreading skills and fast typing speed may be a requirement.

**Secondary Skills**:

- Ability to try features on their own before documenting.
- Basic understanding of information architecture, usability, and design concepts.

**Education Qualifications**: Recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Literature, Mass Communications and Journalism.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
