Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager - Real Estate

**Location**: Mohali/Kharar, Punjab
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Working Days**: 6 days a week

Cascade Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing real estate company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for energetic and target-driven **Sales Executives / Assistant Sales Managers** with real estate experience to join our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through calls, references, and other channels.
- Conduct client meetings, explain project details, and arrange site visits.
- Convert leads into successful closures by effective follow-up and negotiation.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate sales data and provide timely reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales** (mandatory).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
