**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **dedicated, full-time Memoir Writer / Biographer** to lead the development and authorship of a comprehensive, emotionally impactful book chronicling the life and journey of a private client. This is not just a writing job—it’s a storytelling mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct deep-dive interviews and conversations to understand the client’s background, experiences, voice, and values.
- Research events, timelines, and external context to support and enhance the story’s authenticity.
- Create a detailed book outline and chapter structure based on interview content and client goals.
- Write and revise a full-length manuscript (estimated 60,000-90,000 words), including several draft rounds.
- Collaborate with editors, proofreaders, designers, or publishing consultants if needed (team can be built around you).
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, handling sensitive material with care and professionalism.
- Potentially assist with the development of a personal brand narrative (e.g., speaking engagements, online content, etc.).

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5+ years of professional writing experience, ideally including memoirs, biographies, or ghostwriting.
- A portfolio that includes long-form narrative writing or published books/articles (can be ghostwritten).
- Exceptional interpersonal and interviewing skills; ability to draw out meaningful insights and stories.
- Excellent command of written English, narrative structure, and tone-matching.
- Self-directed, organized, and highly reliable with the ability to manage large creative projects.
- Passion for storytelling and an appreciation of human complexity.

**Bonus Skills (Not Required)**:

- Experience working on inspirational or transformational life stories.
- Familiarity with the publishing process (traditional or self-publishing).
- Background in journalism, creative nonfiction, or psychology.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Competitive full-time salary (commensurate with experience)
- Flexible working hours and location (remote or in-person collaboration available)
- Paid travel if interviews are conducted on-site
- All necessary equipment or transcription support provided

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
