To assist in administering testing of pulmonary functions and providing other respiratory-related care and treatment as prescribed by doctors/consultants to patients with pulmonary/respiratory disorders.

Assist in performing Pulmonary tests such as Pulmonary-function, Lung-capacity tests, Helium dilution and Pulmonary mechanics, such as Vital capacity and Maximum breathing capacity tests and Diffusion capacity tests for Patients.

Perform Lung perfusion studies (DLCO)

Demonstrate correct use of inhaler devices and nebulizer kit to patients

Observe and record readings on metering devices of analyzed equipment, and provide reports and analysis of tests to consultants for interpretation

Assist in providing counseling to patients to avoid dust and to cultivate good food habits.
