- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Oversee documentation, filing, and record-keeping systems.
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and organizing company events.
- Handle communication with external and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor office expenses and handle budgeting tasks as required.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment by ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Assist in managing contracts and other legal documents.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an administrative officer, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles is a plus.
