Service Advisor

**Job Title: Service Advisor - Automobile Sector**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and listen to their concerns about their vehicles
- Provide accurate estimates of labor and parts costs
- Schedule appointments for vehicle servicing
- Liaise between customers and the service technicians
- Communicate vehicle issues and repairs to customers clearly and effectively
- Advise customers on necessary services and repairs
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile sector
- Strong knowledge of automotive services and repairs
- Ability to explain complex technical issues to customers in an easy-to-understand manner
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
