**Position**: US IT Sales Advisor

**Location**: Newtown Kolkata, India (Fixed Night Shift)

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Experience Level**: Fresher ( Must be good in English ) / Experienced ( 1 - 2 years )

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound sales calls and interact with prospective US-based clients to

promote our products/services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking,

and strategic outreach.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive customer retention

and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless on boarding and exceptional

service delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, adhering to company KPIs and reporting

standards.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry insights to provide informed

recommendations to clients.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline∙
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Experienced with 1 to 2 years will be also preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills∙
- Personal Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, result-oriented, and ability to

work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in night shifts catering to US time

zones.
