Job Description: Lecturer in Computer Applications at AISECT University, Hazaribag, Jharkhand

**Responsibilities**:
Designing and implementing innovative teaching methods and strategies to engage and inspire students in the learning process.

Developing and updating course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments, in compliance with UGC guidelines and university standards.

Assessing and evaluating student performance through examinations, assignments, and practical projects, providing constructive feedback to facilitate their learning outcomes.

Participating in curriculum development and review processes, ensuring alignment with UGC guidelines and industry requirements.

Contributing to the overall academic environment by actively participating in faculty meetings, academic committees, and university activities.

Upholding professional ethics, academic integrity, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Applications or a related field from a recognized university. A Ph.D. degree is preferred.

Strong knowledge and expertise in programming languages (such as Java, Python, C++, etc.), software development methodologies, database management systems, web development, and other relevant areas.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and inspire students.

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the academic community.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hazaribag, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
