- Aptitude for Accounting & Taxation.
- Good understanding of GST regulations, accounting standards, TDS laws, Corporate law and Income tax.
- Proficient with computers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility towards task assigned.
- Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
- Must be a recent graduate or actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting.

**Add-ons**:

- Proficiency in using softwares like Tally Prime, MS Excel, Tax power, Winman would be preferrable.
