**Responsibility of Computer Operator - Gate Pass Management**
- **Gate Pass Entry & Issuance**:

- Accurately create and issue gate passes (inward/outward) for materials, vehicles, and visitors as per site protocols.
- **Daily Record Maintenance**:
Maintain up-to-date records of all gate passes in Excel and physical registers, ensuring proper date, time, and approval documentation.Ensure all gate passes are duly approved by the concerned site authority before issuing.Work in coordination with the security team, storekeeper, and site in-charge to verify and track material movement.Organize and file scanned or printed copies of gate passes for future reference and audit.Immediately report any mismatch or unauthorized movement to the concerned authority.Follow all company protocols and maintain the confidentiality of documents and data.
