Officer- Microbiologist

Ensure compliance to cGMP and safety standards in the QC laboratory
- Conduct calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process sample, finished products, drain sample, equipment swab etc.
- Conduct environmental monitoring.
- Culture Media preparation & to perform growth promotion test of culture media.
- Maintenance of microbial culture.
- Conduct sampling, chemical and microbiological testing of water sample.
- Perform the analysis of sample in TOC analyzer.
- Identification of microorganism through Vitek 2 system.
- Document analytical data and calculate results.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory and supplies.
- Ensure integrity, accuracy and adequacy of the analysis performed.
- Follow GLP activities and ensure their compliance.
- To assist in validation/Qualification activity and any other assignment given by Lab. In charge / Mgr. Quality Control from time to time
