Showroom Hostess

A showroom hostess in an automotive dealership greets visitors, answers basic questions about vehicles and services, coordinates appointments with sales staff, maintains the cleanliness and appeal of the showroom, and ensures customer comfort by offering refreshments. This role serves as the initial point of contact, acting as the "face" of the dealership and requiring strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Customer Interaction: Greet and welcome customers, answer general inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate sales team members.
- Information and Sales Support: Provide product brochures, handle basic vehicle information, and assist in collecting customer contact information for the sales team.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate appointments for test drives or meetings with sales representatives.
- Showroom Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
- Customer Comfort: Offer refreshments, such as coffee or tea, to ensure a positive and comfortable experience for visitors.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
