**Job Title**:Internship English / Science / Math / Urdu / Hindi (Learning & Development Department)

**Job Summary**

The primary role of this position is to proofread the documents and redraft / Edit them to create a consistent quality of language across all the content produced by the organization. The position is also responsible for developing content and drafting articles for organizational reports, social media platforms, blogs, etc.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Prepare well-structured and articulated documents using the cursory concept notes.
- Re-write content by taking thoughts and ideas into well-articulated written English.
- Quickly grasp complex concepts in Math / Science and translate them into easily understandable documents in English.
- Develop content for social media platforms, blogs, website, annual reports, external stakeholder communications etc.

- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong command over the English language; strong command over Kannada is a bonus.
- Mindfulness with the ability to find and correct all grammatical and/or other language quality issues in documents.
- The ability to work independently and think critically.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- The ability to multi-task / oversee several things at one time.
- A college degree, or one to two years of work experience in writing and editing.

**About Caring with Colour - A Manasi Kirloskar Initiative**

Caring with Colour (CWC) is a non-profit organization in India focused on improving the quality of education in government schools. CWC aims to empower teachers by equipping them with experiential teaching methodologies, as outlined in policies such as the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2005. The organization has developed a comprehensive teacher support system, including experiential teaching content aligned with the NCERT curriculum and a dedicated teacher training program. **Manasi Kirloskar Tata**, the Managing Trustee and CEO of Caring with Colour, has been passionate about the education sector since she was fourteen, when she began teaching art to children from government schools. She is the first United Nations in India Young Business Champion for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), through which she collaborates with the UN on key issues like climate change, reducing plastic usage, and women's empowerment.
