**Job Description for Assistant Merchandiser -**

**Location - Delhi**

**Order Processing & Follow-up**:
Assisting with order entry, tracking, and following up on order status with suppliers and production units.
- **Sample Development**:
Assisting in creating and managing samples, ensuring they meet quality and design specifications.
- **Supplier Communication**:
Communicating with suppliers regarding fabric availability, pricing, and production timelines.
- **Production Tracking**:
Monitoring production progress, identifying potential issues, and ensuring timely completion of orders.
- **Cost Management**:
Assisting in cost analysis, negotiating prices with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- **Quality Control**:
Inspecting samples and finished products for quality and ensuring they meet standards.
- **Documentation**:
Maintaining accurate records of orders, invoices, production reports, and shipment details.
- **Communication with Clients**:
Responding to client inquiries, providing updates on order status, and addressing any issues that may arise.
- **Trend Analysis**:
Staying updated with fashion trends, market demands, and competitive pricing.

**Requirements**:

- **1. Experience in Home Textiles (Made ups - curtains, Bed sheets, cushions)**

**2. 2-3 years’ experience**

**3. A good communication skill in English is mandatory.**

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
