**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain MDM solutions using Reltio MDM to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Oversee the validation of master data to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MDM-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Optimize MDM workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Create and maintain documentation for MDM processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior developers on MDM best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure the security and privacy of sensitive data within the MDM system.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MDM to continuously improve our processes.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong experience in MDM Validation and Reltio MDM.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data governance and data quality management.
- Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
- Have experience in conducting data audits and resolving data discrepancies.
- Display knowledge of data security and privacy best practices.
- Be capable of creating and maintaining detailed documentation.
- Have a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
- Show ability to mentor and train junior team members.
- Demonstrate experience in optimizing workflows for efficiency.
- Have a strong understanding of coding standards and best practices.
- Be committed to maintaining high standards of data integrity and quality.
