**Job Description: Video Creator**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Creator to join our team and contribute to the production of engaging and visually appealing video content. As a Video Creator, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, planning, shooting, and editing videos that align with our brand's objectives and resonate with our target audience. Your innovative ideas and technical expertise will help bring our content to life and enhance our online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Ideation and Planning**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts that align with the brand's messaging and goals.
- Research industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities for unique and captivating video ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh concepts and innovative approaches to video content.

2. **Scriptwriting and Storyboarding**:

- Create compelling scripts and storyboards that outline the visual and narrative elements of each video.
- Ensure scripts effectively communicate the desired message and maintain a consistent tone and style.

3. **Video Production**:

- Execute all aspects of video production, including camera operation, lighting setup, audio recording, and directing talent if applicable.
- Shoot footage in various settings, both in-studio and on location, while maintaining high production standards.

4. **Editing and Post-Production**:

- Edit raw footage into polished and engaging videos, incorporating transitions, effects, graphics, and sound elements.
- Continuously enhance editing skills to stay up-to-date with the latest editing techniques and software.

5. **Visual and Audio Enhancement**:

- Ensure visual consistency and quality across videos through color correction, grading, and visual effects.
- Enhance audio quality by editing and mixing soundtracks, voiceovers, and other audio elements.

6. **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to align video content with broader campaigns.
- Communicate progress and any potential issues to relevant stakeholders throughout the production process.

7. **Platform Optimization**:

- Tailor video content to various platforms and formats, ensuring optimal engagement and performance on each platform.

8. **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging video technologies, and creative techniques to enhance video quality and storytelling.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Video Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production and editing skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of video composition, lighting, audio recording, and cinematography principles.
- Strong scriptwriting and storyboarding capabilities to effectively translate ideas into compelling narratives.
- Knowledge of various video formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for different online platforms (YouTube, social media, etc.).
- Creativity and a keen eye for visual details, along with the ability to innovate and push creative boundaries.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest video trends and technologies.

**Application Process**:
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
