Csr (Corporate Social Responsibility) Associate Female

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Associate job role includes - Assist the coordinator, assisting in project planning and coordination, timelines, work breakdown structures for company's CSR initiatives. Community engagement by reaching out to local communities, welfare organizations and other stakeholders to identify needs, build relationships and facilitate project implementation. Manpower management by coordinating employee volunteer programs, including recruitment, scheduling and training. Data collection and analysis by gathering data on project impact through surveys, monitoring, and evaluation activities. Reporting and communication by preparing progress reports, presentations, and updates for internal stakeholders on CSR activities. Inventory management by arranging transportation, venue booking, supplies, and other logístical aspects of project execution. Documentation writing and providing support by assisting with proposals and activities related to CSR programs. Social media management of company initiatives through relevant social media channels. Few administrative tasks etc.
