We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Graphic Designer with a minimum 4 years

shape compelling visual content across digital and print platforms which aligns with

brand identity and business goals, and be able to lead integrated designing campaigns

from concept to execution.

Industry: Government Relations Services

Location: Okhla Delhi (Work from Office Only)

Type: Full-Time (In-House Only)

Joiner: Immediate Only

Experience: Minimum 4 years in graphic design (agency, in-house, or freelance)

**Salary**: Based on experience and skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and execute visuals from brief to final delivery—logos,

infographics, social assets, print collateral, video thumbnails, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and developer teams to ensure designs

meet brand standards and user needs
- Maintain consistent brand guidelines across all media and update design assets

as needed.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and handling

feedback iterations.
- Prepare assets for print and digital production, ensuring proper file formats, color

modes, and quality.
- Stay abreast of design trends, tools, and best practices in visual communication

and UX

Graphic Designing Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or

related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work, typography, color theory,

layout, and branding
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign;
additional tools like Figma, Sketch, or Affinity a plus.
- Experience with multimedia and motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere

Pro) is highly desirable
- Bonus: Web design knowledge including HTML/CSS—and ideally basic

JavaScript.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, collaboration, and communication

skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
