Receptionist Telecaller

Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our products/services.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and client visits.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and visitor logs.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
