**Job Title**: Client Recruitment Associate (Telecaller)

**Location**: Remote (Anywhere in India)

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to provide information about our recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to drive client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve client experience and recruitment processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, client recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle client queries effectively and efficiently.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
