**Job Definition**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Memorize and tailor Tele Sales scripts specifically for PEB clients, adapting the approach based on each client’s needs.

2. Establish and strengthen relationships with existing clients and build a rapport with potential clients within the construction and building materials sector.

3. Document call details, including customer needs and feedback, and compile reports based on these conversations.

4. Analyze call data and observations and report them to the team lead to inform sales strategy.

5. Adhere to company guidelines, maintaining professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.

6. Generate leads and sales by making cold calls to potential, existing, or past clients within the PEB sector.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Freshers and Experienced both can apply.
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of the PEB industry (Preferable).
- Proficient in record-keeping for customer interactions and sales tracking.
- Proven ability to close sales through negotiation and effective communication techniques.

**NOTE: Only for Females**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
