Join us as a Risk Stress Testing Associate
- In this critical role, you’ll contribute to the development of a robust governance framework for market risk stress testing including, the management and resolution of control issues
- We’ll look to you to assist with the interface of market risk stress testing to stakeholders within Market Risk, the business, enterprise wide risk management (EWRM) and regulators
- This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your skills as you’ll contribute to the development of new stress testing tools and methodology
- This role is available at associate level

**What you'll do**:
As a Risk Stress Testing Associate for the bank, you’ll be supporting regulatory stress testing projects for Market Risk, including facing off to stakeholders in the business, EWRM and the regulator. You’ll also support the market risk stress testing programme, making sure that the function implements a robust stress testing framework that is enshrined in the corporate culture.

Additionally, you’ll be participating in all aspects of stress testing, from contributing to the design of the architecture of new stress testing tools, methodology and infrastructure, to supporting the execution of stress tests in a timely and coordinated manner across Market Risk.

Day-to-day you’ll be:

- Providing relevant management information, reports and analysis on the back of the stress test results
- Documenting our stress testing programmes and procedures and making sure they meet our regulatory requirements
- Organising stress tests within Market Risk to ensure the provision of stress test results to satisfy the business and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and good quality reporting

**The skills you'll need**:
To succeed in this role, you’ll have a background in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields of study. We’ll expect you to have significant relevant experience in this area.

Additionally, you’ll demonstrate:

- An understanding of Risk Capital regulations in different countries
- A deep understanding of financial products
- Proven record of team leadership
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely
