**Job Title**: Java Backend Development Trainer

**Location**: Amritapuri, Kollam, Kerala (WFO)

**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent

**Compensation**: 3 LPA - 9 LPA

**Experience Required**: 2+ yrs

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver training sessions on Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services, JSON, and backend system design.
- Provide hands-on coding challenges, projects, and real-world case studies.
- Guide students in building scalable backend solutions and industry best practices.
- Develop structured training content, assessments, and project-based learning modules.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to trainees.
- Stay updated with the latest Java and backend technology advancements.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, and Microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of backend design patterns, database management, and system scalability.
- Experience in mentoring, training, or teaching is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to conduct live coding sessions and technical discussions.
- Prior experience in backend development (industry experience preferred).
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certifications in Java or backend technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
