**We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Recruiter and Project Coordinator to join our team. It requires fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu languages. As a Bilingual Recruiter and Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and managing HR projects for our South India-based client. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of HR systems and processes.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR systems, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate and manage HR projects, including employee onboarding, training programs, and performance management.
- Provide support to employees on HR-related matters and address their queries or concerns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu languages is essential.**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter or project coordinator in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
