**Position Overview**:
**Job Title**: OffSec Certified Professional (OSCP) Trainer/Faculty

**Eligibility**:Should have in-depth knowledge and experience in Cyber Security and OSCP concepts.

**Role Description**:
This is a contract OSCP Trainer role with Ties Infotech, Division of Ties Institute of Career Training located in Pune, with flexibility for some remote work. The OSCP Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, lectures, and providing hands-on experience in Penetration Testing and Offensive Security practices. The trainer will also develop training materials and maintain the course content, ensuring that it aligns with the latest OSCP syllabus, tools, trends, and best practices. This is a hybrid role located in Pune, and remote work is acceptable.

**Qualifications**:

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Cyber Security and Penetration Testing.
- Experience in conducting OSCP-level training or equivalent.
- Strong background in Information Technology and Ethical Hacking.
- Proven experience in designing and developing training materials.
- Proficiency in delivering training sessions, lectures, and hands-on labs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- OSCP certification is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong Communication Skills.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Cyber Security and Penetration Testing.
- Expertise in OSCP topics like Buffer Overflows, Privilege Escalation, and Web Exploitation.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, and Wireshark.
- Experience in conducting OSCP-level training or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Linux, scripting (Python, Bash), and automation for penetration testing.
- Strong background in Information Technology and Ethical Hacking.
- Proficiency in delivering training sessions, lectures, and hands-on labs.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- OSCP certification is mandatory; additional Cyber Security certifications are a plus.
- Up-to-date with the latest Cyber Security trends and tools.
- Ability to work independently in hybrid (in-person and online) training settings.

**Work Experience**: Minimum 2 years (preferred)
