**Job Profile: STEM Tinkering Coordinator Position**: Fulltime-Contract Basis

**No of positions**: 1 **Location**: Hyderabad

Experifun requires resource person for a tinkering lab, who possess a combination of technical skills in the field of electronics development, mechanics, IoT & Robotics. Resource should have teaching experience in tinkering or STEM labs at private or government schools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ü Visting & reporting to schools implementing tinkering lab projects.
- ü Design and implement projects, guide students, and foster creativity.
- ü Provide technical support, assist with advanced projects, and ensure safety protocols.
- ü Inspire creativity, help with project aesthetics, and integrate artistic elements into projects.
- ü Create curriculum that integrates STEM principles, lead workshops, and promote inquiry-based learning.
- ü Mentor students, organize community events, and share knowledge of best practices.
- ü Develop and enforce safety guidelines, conduct training sessions, and maintain a safe environment.

**Required skills**:

- ü Knowledge & usage of various materials used in disciplines like electronics, IoT, Robotics, woodworking & coding with electronics materials.
- ü Proficiency with electronics & mechanical tools and machinery, understanding of technical concepts.
- ü Strong understanding of design thinking and creative processes.
- ü Ability to explain complex concepts in accessible ways.
- ü Knowledge about Atal Tinkering Lab & syllabus followed in the labs.
- ü Pedagogical understanding of delivering the tinkering sessions.
- ü Hands-on experience with various students & college projects and tools.
- ü Knowledge of safety protocols related to tools and materials used in the tinkering lab.
- ü Know how about ATL Dashboard
- ü Supported students in building exhibition models.
- ü Proficiency in MS Office
- ü Understanding the government school ecosystem

**Qualification**:

- ü BE (Electronics, Mechanics or Computer or any other related technology fields)
- ü MSC (Electronics, Computer or related technology fields)
- ü Any other technology field with at least 60% marks in graduation or post-graduation.

**Language**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
